My name is Nathan Chow, and I am a Chinese Canadian from Vancouver, B.C. I moved to Kamloops to be closer to my parents and continue my education at Thompson Rivers University. I originally came to TRU to pursue a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. But after 3 years of that degree, I didn’t feel like I fit in business, and so after some careful consideration. I decided to pursue a Bachelor’s in Communications and Digital Media.
My work sits at the intersection of analytical thinking and human communication with experience in both technically demanding environments and people-centred roles. I bring a perspective that bridges strategy and connection. I have a strong foundation in business fundamentals and communication, which I feel allows me to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable language for any audience.
I aim to continue developing my skills at the intersection of business and communication, and to use that combination to contribute to teams, organizations, and communities.
